Privacy
Ref&Go handles employment reference workflows for employers. The service collects only the information needed to request authorization, contact references, manage reminders, produce reviewable reports, and maintain an audit trail.
Information we process
- Employer workspace details, users, templates, settings, and integrations.
- Candidate contact details, written authorization records, status, and dispute activity.
- Reference contact details, relationship context, responses, consent choices, and channel history.
- Operational records such as audit logs, webhooks, billing events, and security events.
How it is used
Data is used to run employment reference checks, route reminders, generate human-reviewed reports, detect workflow issues, support account security, and keep legally relevant records.
Access boundaries
Employers receive the report they requested. Candidates receive status and dispute tools, not employer scorecards or private reference answers. Applicants and references are never billed by Ref&Go.
Retention
Ref&Go is designed around configurable retention, auditability, and deletion or redaction of records that are no longer needed, while preserving consent and audit records where required.
Deletion and redaction
Authorized employer admins can initiate request-level privacy redaction. Ref&Go redacts answer evidence, message bodies, voice transcripts, reusable profile facts, and active access links while retaining consent and audit records needed to show what was authorized, reviewed, shared, and redacted.
